Do you use artificial fragrances in your products?


LOCNW soap products are scented with essential oils, apart from our Marble Madness soap bar, which has Kumquat fragrance.  Some of our candles may have fragrance oils too.  If you have questions or concerns about our oils, please feel free to contact us any time.


Does your soap lather?


Each soap lather differently depending on the ingredients.


How to take care of my soap?


To prevent soap from melting and turning soft, we recommend placing your soap on a soap dish to allow for proper air flow and proper draining.


Are your products made with lye?


Yes, lye is a part of the soap making process; however, lye dissipates by the end of production.


How long are orders held if not paid immediately?


Orders are automatically cancelled, if not paid, within 24 hours from the time you created your order.


Once I place my order, can I change it?


Yes, if your order status shows Processing and not Completed.  Follow instructions below to check your order status.

We try to process all orders within 24 hours from the time order submitted.  If you find your order status is still processing, immediately contact us (e.g., email message, live chat, or call us).   We will do our best to help you change your order.  You will need your order number and the date order placed for reference. 

What if there’s a problem with my order?


We will try to resolve all issues with orders that’s within our control.  Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about an order you received.  Send us a note on our contact page here or send a message through live chat.


How long is shipping?


Generally, it depends on your geographical location.  We ship products weekly, via USPS, based on your zip code. Deliveries should arrive between 3-5 days from the time of shipment.

What is your Return Policy?

We do not offer returns on opened or used products, because of the type of products we sell.  We will gladly attempt to work out any issues you may have. Please contact us, if there’s a problem.   We will try to remedy the situation, as soon as possible.
